Returns and Exchanges Policy

Returns and exchanges is allowed 7 days upon the receipt of the goods, with the valid invoice receipt, and we will refund your purchase.

All returned merchandise must be undamaged, in good condition, and in original packaging.

Your refund will be processed by the same method of payment from your original purchase.

The customer is solely responsible for all outgoing and return shipping costs.

We only allow 1 exchange of items, please make sure to choose your item carefully.

We will notify you via email once we received your returned items. Please give us 5 business days from the receipt of the return items to process your refund.

Returns and exchanges are not applicable for discontinued or sale items.

Delivery/shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Special Orders:
- All special, pre-order, and customized products are not eligible to returns or exchanges.
IMPORTANT: Please Read Carefully
Once a product has been installed, it cannot be returned anymore. Installed flooring is considered the property of the owner/installer, and cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason. We will not be responsible for product defect or damage, property damage or lost labor costs due to faulty installation. Claims for damage or shortages must be made upon receipt of product.
Client must inspect all products upon delivery and promptly notify us of any problems with the product delivered. We will only accept damage claim 7 days from the receipt of the items. If placing a damage claim, please do give us give 5 business days to investigate.
The colour, shade, size and texture of tiles varies from batch to batch. If you are placing an additional order to match with existing tiles, please contact info@mosaictiles.com.ph to make sure the batch is the same.
